Transfer Process
If your player is LEAVING the Team
- Complete the Transfer form (see Forms under Registrar). Each team and League official must signoff on the transfer.
- Return the player's existing ID Card to the League. The RSSL will NOT sign the transfer paperwork until the ID Card has been returned to the League.
If your player is JOINING your Team
- Complete the Transfer form (see Forms under Registrar). Each team and League official must signoff on the transfer.
- Have your player create an online profile (if they are new to the League and have not created a profile before) and complete an online registration application. Approve the registration per normal procedures. If your player is currently registered to another RSSL team, skip this step. Go to Step 4.
- Advise the Registrar that the registration is a Transfer via email (registrar@richmondseniorsoccer.com)
- Submit transfer fee to the Registrar.
Annual Transfer Deadline
BCSA has established that the Transfer deadline for all BCSA-affiliated teams is January 15th of each calendar. All transfers must be completed by this deadline.
Transfer Fee
The Transfer Fee is $15 per Transfer
